Can multiple iPhones or Android devices be connected to a single card reader and/or printer?

No, only one iPhone or Android device can be connected at any given time.

My card reader will not connect

Make sure the card reader is turned on and the battery is above 25% charged (the card reader will automatically disconnect if the battery drops below this level) and Bluetooth is enabled on your device, then close the app and reopen it before attempting to reconnect. To ensure smooth functioning, make sure the card reader is no more than 15 metres (49 feet) away from your device.

My printer will not connect

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, turn the printer off at the mains and wait 10 seconds before turning it back on. Open the app and hit connect; you will be directed to your device settings where you will be able to discover, and pair, with the printer. Return to the app and tap enable.

My card reader keeps turning off

The card reader will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity.

My card reader is broken

Go to Profile > Contact > Contact Tradr via WhatsApp.

My printer is broken

Go to Profile > Contact > Contact Tradr via WhatsApp.

Which printers and card readers are compatible with Tradr?

We currently support integrations with Star mC-print2 printers and Stripe WisePad 3 card readers.
